Coyle’s Bakeshop specializes in handmade pastries, cakes, tarts, savories and sweets. We draw inspiration from classic French, English and American baking and strive to create exciting menus that showcase the best of every season here in the Pacific Northwest. We started in 2013 as a pop-up bakery and we moved into our brick & mortar shop in March of 2015.
